Cloud Infrastructure Services
 is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow in 2004, it has achieved great success and grown rapidly. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice and in 2012 a third center in Opole. Today, our team of 2,000 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.
Currently, to our Cloud Infrastructure Services Center in Kraków and Katowice, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Project Manager


Job description
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating project performance, managing execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals ensuring timely completion of the project. This role ensures that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements. You will manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate. You will also motivate the project team using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the project objectives. The project manager will be responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and other agreed elements ensuring project deliverables are met. Expert level knowledge is required across PM methodologies, emerging technologies and technical architectures pertaining to the client served, and the vision to influence the clients` actions.


Main accountabilities
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
  • Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
  • Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties; 
  • Ensures all project commitments are met, and monitors and reports on progress to senior management, sponsor, and customer, as well as the PMO in accordance with the reporting standards, ensuring the project remains within scope; 
  • Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project. Reports regularly to the PMO and senior management with regard to risks, and executes appropriate plans to contain them;
  • Acts as escalation point for problems and complaints, and manages compliance, contingency, and risk situations within own area of control;
  • Monitor and manage resources (staff, suppliers, and hardware & software) in a cost effective manner, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and action cost reduction initiatives.


Candidate’s profile
  • 3+ years of experience in successful project management,
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree,
  • Excellent analytical & technical skills, Strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills,
  • Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation, must be able to demonstrate a level maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community,
  • Ability to travel 50% of time,
  • Fluent English with effective business communication skills,
  • Detail oriented, ability to quickly recognize and solve problems,
  • Experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office,
  • Certification: PRINCE-II or PMI certifications preferred.
