Scope of activities:  

Acceptance of customer inquiries and customer support for carriers

§  Performance of online and telephone trainings in different languages
§  Telephone hotline for existing customers and email helpdesk in different languages
§  Preparation of freight tenders and support of processes
§  Care and support of existing national and international carrier contacts §  Translation of company-related texts
§  Creation and conducting webinars
