Contract Management Analyst (English speaker)

Position purpose
The role will involve undertaking more complex internal analysis for the iCCM (Industrialized Commercial Contract Management) team/clients and providing support to more senior team members.

Main accountabilities
  • Engaging in contract data gathering activities
  • Supporting senior team members and clients in different ad hoc requests, analysis and contract query resolution, 
  • Ensuring record retention as per iCCM process
  • Drafting/reviewing contractual change documents
  • Independently creating and keeping updated Change Request log
  • Independently creating and keeping updated contractual deliverable log (Obligation Matrix)
  • Ensuring record retention as per iCCM process 
  • Supporting internal and/or external clients with contract query resolution,
  • Cooperation with Legal Teams as required

Requirements
  • > 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics/IT/Law /Finance/Administration
  • MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point ppt skills on the intermediate level
  • Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written); other languages will be an advantage
  • Experience in working in the commercial/contract environment
  • Experience in drafting/reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation 
  • Experience in dealing with multicultural teams
  • Attention to details
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight timelines
  • Ability to manage various tasks/projects in the same time
  • Team-player
