Position purpose
Automation Factory as part of the BTS Technology Transformation, along with Software Factory deliver one unique team to provide our Clients with expertise and resources to respond to market demand on robotics, automations and software. The projects delivered by us are dedicated to Clients from all key business sectors.

Job description
Automation Factory is looking for an Automation Research & Development Specialist to join the fast-growing team of experts working on advanced robotics and cognitive process automation. Main responsibilities for this role are:
  • Looking for and recommending new technologies and tools to be integrated with Automation Factory offering
  • Assessing in practice (Lab, PoCs) new technologies and tools
  • Creation of demos based on new technologies and tools
  • Practical demonstrations of new automation technologies and tools
  • Upskilling Automation Factory teams

Candidate’s profile
  • Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python, Java, C#, VB, R.
  • Knowledge of modern IT architectures – Cloud computing, Web services
  • Basic understanding of automation technologies (scripting, RPA, Cognitive, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence)
  • Excellent self organization skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving approach, attention to details, proactive attitude
  • Determination to continuously improve and broaden own development skill set
  • Upper-intermediate English
