Position purpose
Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective customer service to the client. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Deepening knowledge in one process or more.

Job description
Handling and resolving incoming queries (phone, e-mails, query management tool), analyzing root causes of problems, escalating to other groups (departments, Business Units, Supplier and stakeholder) and producing outputs in the following areas:  P2P, C2C, R2A, HRO, P2D.The role needs to collaborate effectively with other departments, Business Units, suppliers and stakeholders.
