Position purpose
Engagement is dedicated to support L1 and infrastructure management tasks for Multi Client customer environment.
Team is responsible for supporting the infrastructure, application systems and operations for our customer IT layout. 
As Infrastructure Analyst you will follow standarized process and carry out tasks as described in documentation and work instructions. 
Working Pattern: Shift worker covering 24/7
Main accountabilities
  • Monitoring and supporting the infrastructure, application systems, ensuring that processing deadlines and on-line service windows, as detailed in the SLA, are delivered and supported to the highest quality
  • Raising and referring service incidents, troubleshooting on the client environment.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Client and procedures
  • Carry out tasks by strictly following the documents containing the procedures and operations 
  • Report generation and distribution
  • Checklist activities for measuring system health checks
  • First step escalation

  • English Language - B2/C1 level
