Main accountabilities
- Successfully communicate by phone and email with clients and internal teams to coordinate all order-related actions
- Monitoring clients accounts and alert about possible issues to mitigate the risk of late deliveres
- Booking customers orders into ERP system (Oracle)
- Deliver service with solution-oriented attitude and work with the continuous improvement
