Learning & Development Specialist - Trainer

Job description
  • Design and deliver soft skills training
  • Training organisation and training database administration
  • Lead development programs for employees
  • Organize training session with internal trainers and external suppliers
  • Organize and take part in Development/ Assessment Centre as assessor
Main accountabilities
  • Design training
  • Deliver training
  • Prepare training catalogue and curricula
  • Training organisation and administration
  • Lead development programs
  • Organise training session with internal trainers and external suppliers
  • Prepare and send training offer communication
  • Prepare and take part in Development Centre as assessor, assesment of employees potential
  • Create news related to the training process
  • Update policies, forms and organisational structure
Candidate’s profile
  • Preferred psychological/social studies background/experience
  • At least 1 years of experience in developing and conducting soft skills training, preferably for business clients
  • Documented trainer`s experience and trainer`s courses
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balance project work with high-priority requests
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English communication skills (oral & written) C1
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Analytical problem solving, planning & organising
