Position purpose
Data Services is looking for highly motivated individual to join the Level2 support team supporting new engagement in area of multi-technology L2 support tasks.
Job description
Engagement is dedicated to support L2 infrastructure management tasks for customer environment. Team is responsible for supporting the infrastructure, application systems and operations for our customer IT layout. Main accountabilities
- Administration of customer’s applications
- Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures
- Handling incidents and according to agreed SLAs
- Troubleshooting

Requirements
- French B2 Level - Written and Verbal
- English B2 Level – Written and Verbal
- ITIL awareness
- Solid IT knowledge fundamentals (hardware, databases and networking)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Linux/Unix environment
Nice to have: - Telecommunication systems awareness / experience
