As a junior customer service representative, you will be the first voice the customers hears and one of your main tasks will be advising these customers (home owners) on products and eventually guide them further to installing companies for price offering (lead management). Another big part of your daily tasks will be assisting already existing PV system owners with questions and issues they might encounter with their system (case management). The team that you will be working in is a mixed one with colleagues from different countries and with various backgrounds.   Our Client is a leader in renewable energy solutions that works with a network of authorized Partners based all over Europe.
