Finance & Accounting Process Specialist with Dutch

Position purpose
We are looking for candidates who are ready to be a part of the team responsible for existing Order to Cash processes in the Media & Entertainment sector. The scope involved covers processes of Cash application and Dispute Management.
Main accountabilities
- Research and resolve dispute cases
- Process incoming payments, offsets, reversals and other requests
- Reconcile AR cash balances
- Perform other AR duties
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
Requirements
- Experience in O2C area
- Good English skills
- Fluent Dutch skills are essential
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
