Position purpose

• Application deployment as per Standard Operating Procedures

• Processing application end-user requests (configuration updates, basic issue resolution)

• Basic application support (auto-reported incidents, health monitoring reports)

• Application data analysis (to resolve some of issues reported by end-users)

• Contacting end-users (mostly via ticketing system) to process requests

• Creating and updating documentation and procedures
What will make You special?

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Experience with contacting end-user / customer is desired but not mandatory

• Experience on using ticketing system (as a support team member), i.e. BMC (EARS/ITSM), ServiceNow, Jira is desired but not mandatory

• Ability to create queries in ticketing system based on different criteria is desired but not mandatory

• Basic SQL/database knowledge/experience is desired but not mandatory

• Basic programming experiences is desired but not mandatory
