Candidate’s profile
  • Ready to join start up banking project providing service for French market
  • Willing to develop in the area of Banking and Customer Service by delivering high quality process for our Client
  • Fluent knowledge of French language - C1/C2 level (written and oral communication)
  • Good knowledge of English - min. B1 level
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Customer Service area (would be an asset)
  • Knowledge of retail financing - personal loans, leasing (would be an asset)
  • Knowledge of Cassiopae system (would be an asset)

Job description
You will be asked to perform customer service activities for our Client’s Car Dealers and Customers by handling questions or requests related to their contracts in French language. You will be also responsible for analyzing customer’s profiles, contractual documents and solvency in order to evaluate financial risk. Summarizing, the main accountabilities will be:
  • Car loans and leasing applications processing (contract creation and funding)
  • Direct contact with Customers and  Car Dealers via phone, email and letter (in French language)
  • Contract amendments and termination, recalculation of contracts
  • Queries resolution (phone/written communication)
  • Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented
