Your duties
  • Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion
  • Logging and responding to the e-mail/phone queries within agreed deadline
  • Processing Invoices and Travel & Expenses
  • Managing Master Data
  • Demonstrating knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function
