Candidate’s profile

• Well motivated team player with ability to work under pressure and in changing environment;

• Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.
Requirements
Essential:

• Good English language skills (B2);

• Excellent knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10;

• Good knowledge of MS Office  package;

• Basic knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting networking issues;

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server systems.

• Experience in customer care;

• Basic ITIL knowledge;
  Nice to have:

• German language

• At least BSc degree in ITC or similar

• IT Hardware knowledge
Job description

• Delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s

• Handling incidents and service requests

• Resolving onsite support issues( IMAC (Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes))

• Assets management

• Desktop systems installation and maintenance

• Applying business and technical knowledge to meet resolution targets;

• Adhering to escalation procedures
Your Team
Our team consists of 6 people working together for an internal  client. We are divided  into three cities, but despite that we are working as a one team, supporting each other in daily activities, in friendly and partnership-based atmosphere.  Within this team you will have an opportunity to support local IT infrastructure and cooperate with other support teams, like network and server team. It’s a perfect starting point to become an engineer, should you wish to be one.
