Job description
  • Delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client via phone and e-mail
  • Working closely with the client and maintaining good working relationship
  • Supporting admin activities (Clients’ tickets)
  • Making sure that all the required process documentation is up to date (process maps and procedures)
