Candidate’s profile
  • Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal (C1)
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Experience in recruitment area would be an asset
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Strong motivation for development in HR/recruitment area
  • Good organizational skills, attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach

Job description
  • Maintaining accurate data in the internal applicant tracking system
  • Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with them throughout the whole recruitment process
  • Prescreening of candidates’ applications
  • Scheduling high number of phone and in-house interviews
  • Posting job advertisements and maintaining posted positions
  • Supporting on-shore Recruiters
  • Taking part in process transition

Your team
In our HR team you will be:
  • Supporting HR services in the area of: recruitment, L&D or HR administration;
  • Managing various HR processes for internal client;
  • Directly contacting German speaking clients;
  • Actively participating in improvement processes and automation;
  • Closely cooperating with other team members
