Candidate’s profile
  • R2R process knowledge (about 1 year)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Flexibility and focus on details
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of German language would be an asset
  • Good Customer Service skills and client focus attitude

Job description
  • Provide the services in F&A area to the Client by managing and processing documents in R2R area
  • reply to queries raised by the Client
  • Look for process improvements
  • Ensures that the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely
  • Work closely with the Client and building up good relationship
  • Support in Payment Process
  • Take part in internal audit of RtR processes
