- R2R process knowledge (about 1 year)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Flexibility and focus on details
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of German language would be an asset
- Good Customer Service skills and client focus attitude
Job description
- Provide the services in F&A area to the Client by managing and processing documents in R2R area
- reply to queries raised by the Client
- Look for process improvements
- Ensures that the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely
- Work closely with the Client and building up good relationship
- Support in Payment Process
- Take part in internal audit of RtR processes
