Candidate’s profile
  • Very good French language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Experience in Customer Service area will be an asset
  • Knowledge of accounting ERP system
  • Basic knowledge of Ms Excel
  • Good level of analytical skills
  • Good Customer Service skills and client focus attitude

Job description
  • Ensures that the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely
  • Problem resolution for invoices pending for payment - contact with requestors/suppliers/Accounts Payable team as required
  • Provide answer to Suppliers and Client queries (via email & phone)
  • Analyzing of statements/reminders notes
  • Working closely with the Client and building up good relationship
  • Ongoing contact with other accounting teams
  • Ensuring the delivery of high quality and professional service up to agreed SLAs
