Job description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to build and maintain a delivery team for complex P2P and R2A services for an existing Client. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all Service Level Agreements and KPIs are met according to schedule. The role involves managing end to end process effectively on a daily basis including operations, finance and providing leadership in order to provide the Client with a high-quality service. On top of it role includes leading ongoing transformation and automation projects and developing a long-term, strategic relationship with our Client. Main accountabilities:
  • Acting as the single point of responsibility for P2P, R2A service delivery from Poland
  • Reviewing operational performance and customer satisfaction and resolving performance issues
  • Ensuring process consistency for entire scope
  • Identifying and managing changes to be implemented (continuous improvement) in agreement with client
  • Effectively managing operations and targets provided to client. Meeting Service level agreements
  • Forecasting cast and driving to meet forecast
  • Improving Customer satisfaction levels
  • Constantly talking to key stake holders – seeking feedback for improvement on a consistent basis
  • Developing and establishing good process controls
  • Acting as escalation point for advanced customer queries
  • Ensuring client policy compliance
  • Filing documents according to procedures for audit purposes
  • Continually striving to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
  • Proactively sharing knowledge and best practices
