Job description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to build and maintain a delivery team for complex P2P and R2A services for an existing Client. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all Service Level Agreements and KPIs are met according to schedule. The role involves managing end to end process effectively on a daily basis including operations, finance and providing leadership in order to provide the Client with a high-quality service. On top of it role includes leading ongoing transformation and automation projects and developing a long-term, strategic relationship with our Client. Main accountabilities:

We are a multinational team with several foreign languages used in everyday communication. Our team members can find rare possibility to get to know end-to-end accountancy of different European countries. We are working independently in close “partner relationship” with our Client.
