Job description
Capgemini is delivering the service for number of clients from Media & Entertainment sector. Now we have new Logo within our portfolio, as another globally recognized Client from M&E sector has decided to cooperate with us.  For our client - Sony Pictures Entertainment - we are looking for a member of the P2P Problem Resolution team. Your duties:
  • Resolving vendor queries
  • Ensuring that the daily activities, within your responsibilities, are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed
  • Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function
  • Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the client
  • Reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion
