What you absolutely need to have:- Excellent knowledge of PHP, including Object Oriented techniques and design patterns. Any experience working with other modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony is a distinct advantage
- An appreciation of modern web application techniques, such as integrating modern JavaScript frameworks into applications.
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular or React is an advantage
- Good all-round web development experience, including an awareness of industry best practices and standards such as accessibility, usability, and web standards
- A solid understanding of mobile software design patterns and good programming practices
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- At least 2 years of commercial experience producing web applications
What would really help your application:- Experience with WordPress (theme coding, WordPress multisite network, custom post types and taxonomies, plugin integrations etc.)
- Experience delivering web solutions in an integrated environment, with an understanding of how to optimize solutions to gain performance and stability
- Awareness of DevOps – including Configuration Management, Environment Management, Release Management, and Automation
- A solid understanding of security concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision
- Experience working with Jira, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience working in a marketing/interactive agency or similar.

As a Web Developer in our team, you’ll be working on everything from landing pages, small websites, internal web applications, scalable back ends and custom APIs.
