Sofia, Bulgaria Are you fluent in Polish with a good command of English and are you looking for a new challenge? Then this exciting new role, that has just opened up, might be perfect for you! For our client in Bulgaria we are looking for a POLISH speaking Customer Service Assistant. You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in POLISH Good command of English
