Coordinator with Hungarian (translation projects)

For one of our clients we are looking for Project Coordinator with Hungarian language who will be responsible for day-to-day management of translation orders, dealing with clients and interpreters, preparing invoices and managing interpreting process.Responsibilities:

• Contact with translators and interpreters
• Control of workflow in translation projects
• Being the point of contact for clients and translators
• Deliver projects with all requirements and methodology
• Manage client relationships
• Representing the organization to clients
• Supporting colleagues
• Maintain project administration

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of Hungarian language (C1)
• Very good English language (B2)
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Translations
• Ability to organize work of project within deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, problem solving ability
• Computer literate (Ms Office)
