Our Client is global design, engineering and construction specialist. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:  

Contract Manager

Requirements:
- higher education, preferred law faculties,
- professional experience in building, real estate trades and similar areas,
- very good knowledge of English language (C1 level),
- knowledge of Polish language is required,
- well-developed communication skills,
- scrupulousness.

Responsibilities:
- analysing and preparing key important elements of the contracts,
- preparing demanding documents and subcontracting contracts,
- analysing of the conditions of the contracts and its implementation of claims,
- negotiations with sub-contractors and clients to recognize their claims.
