Requirements: technical education in the area of mechatronic products, experience in a similar position would be an advantage, very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level), preferred electrical or mechanical knowledge, driving license, readiness for business travel within Europe, extroverted personality, willingness to learn and grow up with the company.
Responsibilities: conducting the trainings to customers, providing the technical support to customers about after-sales, providing service on site of customers from whole Europe, work on defected products from market complaints.
