SeaChange Polska Sp. o o creates User Experience solutions for mobile devices, decoders and backoffice systems, implemented by pay television operators around the world. Our Warsaw team of engineers is part of an international team dedicated to developing software in line with practices that have been improved for over 20 years. We speak in many languages: C, C ++, C # / .NET, JavaScript, Java. We work in small independent teams according to the SCRUM methodology. We do code review, Continuous Integration and DevOps. We take care of high test coverage, high quality documentation and verified architectural solutions. We work in the center of Warsaw, in a convenient location close to the metro and other public transports (in the city).
Responsibilities:
- Creating new web applications for web services and mobile devices and make existing ones compatible;
- Estimating new feature requests and implement changes according to specifications;
- Creating algorithms and internal libraries;
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition; requirements, solution development and proposed solutions;
- Protecting operations by keeping information confidential;
- Acting according to web development best practices;
- Cooperating with other team members.
- Proven work experience (3+) as a Software Engineer or Software Developer;
- Experience in developing Web applications: React, React Native;
- Working knowledge in designing and programming for web services;
- Proficiency in software engineering tools: JIRA, Git, GitLab;
- Ability to document requirements and specifications;
- Be innovative and reliable;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
